You can find this cute stamp at Digital-Ink Co. - search under M&M Designz. It is called Owl 1. It is hard to tell from the photo, but the owl is white (snow owl) with iridescent embossing powder and glow in the dark eyes. There are also glow in the dark stars above the cut tree.
